1. Quote requests

Quotes submitted via this site are non-binding until confirmed in writing by our sales team after a site visit. Listed EGP prices reflect product cost; installation, accessories, and electrical work are quoted separately.

2. Site visit and confirmation

A free site visit is offered within Cairo and Giza governorates. For installations outside these areas, a refundable site-visit fee may apply. The final scope and price are confirmed in a written quote after the visit.

3. Payment

Standard payment: 50% on order confirmation, 50% on completion. Bank transfer and cash accepted. Installment plans available for installations above 50,000 EGP — terms agreed in writing.

4. Installation and timeline

Installation begins on a mutually agreed date. Typical apartment installation: 1-3 working days. Villas: 3-10 working days depending on scope. Delays caused by site readiness (electrical, internet, etc.) are not Autoyo's responsibility.

5. Warranty

All hardware carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects from date of installation. Installation workmanship: 12 months. Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage outside rated IP class, or unauthorised modifications.

6. Support

Free remote support (WhatsApp, phone) for 6 months from installation. After that, a service contract is available. Critical safety alerts (gas/flood/smoke) get expedited response regardless of contract status.

7. Limitation of liability

Autoyo's liability is limited to the cost of the installed equipment. Smart-home automations are an aid, not a replacement for traditional safety systems (smoke alarms, locks, building wiring). Always maintain manual overrides.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. The date above marks the latest revision. Active contracts remain governed by the terms in force at the time of agreement.
